We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar position.
Depending on the direction of Customer Service, you will be responsible for :
- Answering calls and communications of the Company's customers.
- Assist customers in consultations, requirements and complaints.
- Creating, registering and following up on the cases raised for their satisfactory resolution.
- Collaboration and assistance between the different departments and delegations of the Company. Redirection of cases to the corresponding department when required.
- Collaboration in documentation tasks, registration and translation of cases.
Training:
Degree in Business Administration, Finance
Languages: Essential bilingual in German and advanced English.
Advanced handling of office automation tools.
Knowledge of customer service applications, reporting and metrics will be valued.
The position requires a highly responsible, proactive and orderly profile.
Spoken and written communication skills.
Results-oriented and used to work in a very demanding environment.
